Our History

Hillcrest Ratepayers’ Association was formed in 2009 by local residents to represent approximately 800 households in the community.

Our Achievements

HRA has represented community interests at the municipal level – helped prevent a Clarkson Power Plant, helped plan and organize provincial and municipal election debates, and organize Earth Day and neighbourhood cleanups.
